Adele’s latest album, the “25”, reached the 100-week mark in the Billboard 200 album charts.
Currently in position 103, the disc has never been on the list since it debuted at the top of it (place where it spent 10 non-consecutive weeks) in 2015.
Despite the success, the “25” is far from reaching her previous album, the “21,” which is the absolute record in consecutive weeks by a woman on the Billboard chart. Adele’s second album is in its 348th consecutive week on the list, and has also never left it since it was released in 2011.
“21” and “25” are also, respectively, the 9th and 29th best selling albums since 1991, when Nielsen Music began tracking album sales electronically.
