The gay drama “Call Me Your Name” is one of the highlights of the 2018 Oscar nominations unveiled on Tuesday.
The production was nominated for Best Picture, Best Actor (Timothée Chalamet), Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Original Song (Mystery of Love).
The film tells the story of Elio (Timointhée) who lives a romance with his father’s friend. The film is in Brazilian cinemas.
“The Water Form” leads the award with 13 nominations. The ceremony will take place on March 4 and will feature comedian Jimmy Kimmel. It will be the second time in a row that he will lead the awards.
