Entries for the “Mix Music Festival”, which selects LGBT talent

Entries for the Mix Music 2017 – New Talents, the first music festival for LGBT audiences in Brazil – are now open and will run until November 10, 2017. As usual, the contest will award one ( a) singer, a new drag queen and the best performance of dance / choreography.

Organized by the DJ and cultural producer André Pomba, the event takes place in the Mix Brazil Festival of LGBT culture at Centro Cultural São Paulo – CCSP on November 18 in a triple round: the dance / choreography contest will be at 3pm, from new singers to 17h and new drags at 7pm.

To register, interested parties must follow the following rules:

1) Like the Mix Music page on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/festivalmixmusic).
2) Send a message to the page with: artistic name; category (singer, choreography or Drag Queen); Facebook profile link; MP3 or video link with presentation (attention: video inscriptions are more likely to win); brief release or history and contact telephone number;
3) 10 singers will be chosen to sing a song (on the day you have to bring pre-recorded CD base, no vocals), 10 groups or artists choreography and 10 new drags to present a song (in the day have to bring your music on CD or pen drive) in the contest that will be judged by 3 jurors.

Both the singer and dance group or drag queen winners will earn a fee of $ 1,000 (within 30 days after the event) and several gifts.
